The firmware version poses a problem as it is 20 years old. To re-flash the ProTrack you need to be able to get it connected to a PC. If this is not possible them there are few options because Huntron no longer services ProTracks.
The process for re-flashing the unit is described in the old Huntron FAQ.

I have done this to my ProTrack and it does work.
