ProTrack, meter / frequency check

Hi, I was going through the maintenance check,
Meter / frequency is asking for a HP/Agilent 34401A,
Can a 34410A be used.
Also it says to connect the INPUT HI of the meter to the "Test Jack in the back of the ProTrack.
Is this the yellow jack next to the USB?
