ProTrack 1, Model 20B, eprom program

Hi there all, is there anyone out there, who can help with a ProTrack 1, the a KJ3 type eprom program version 4.5.
I Got a ProTrack I,  Model 20B, everything seems intact but missing the IC on the socket U11, I been told it is the eprom with the program for the unit. program version is 4.5.
I would very much appreciate any help here.

Buy Flash ic the intel P28F001 or Catalyst CAT28F001.
Email the admin to request flash content.
