Hi all,
We have had reports that some of the Tools/Options default settings are being changed with the new 4.1.3478 install. Until we fully investigate the issue, we recommend that you go to Tools/Options and verify that all of your settings are configured the way you intend. Be sure to click Save (Permanent) when done.

Make sure Scan Pin is checked on the Pin tab of Options.

This issue has been addressed in the next release but it is always a good idea to check your Options occasionally just in case you made a change that you had forgotten about. Could save some grief (and lots of editing) later on.
