hi, was this a working unit you've had and problem just happened or you got this unit as is?
do you know if all the boards are there inside. if all in place.
I remember I had no trace on one of mine, I when in adjustment mode and also the advanced mode turned up the intensity and move right, left, up, down and traces appeared.

Also try adjusting the horizontal or vertical trace position. The trace may be off screen.

Apologise if you have already done this, but have you gone into the menu and turned up the intensity?
I doubt the Tube has failed.

Maybe someone can help me I have no trace  visible I checked the 6.3voltage and HV they are ok.
Is it possible that the CRT is defect ?
