Huntron has just released a new version of the Access 2 Prober called the "Access RF". It is essentially an Access 2 Prober that has been modified with high frequency cabling and custom RF probe that is connected to a Keysight 9935A Spectrum Analyzer. The system enables engineers to make precise, repeatable RF measurements on powered circuit card assemblies by placing the Langer RF probe in the same exact location each time the test is run. The Spectrum Analyzer has been integrated into the Huntron Workstation software so measurements are captured and stored to be used later for comparison. You can get more details on the Access RF web page:

If a person didn't have the automatic prober set up, would this combination of the Spectrum analyzer and a hand probe be useable for one off PCB testing?? Just curious.
It would be supported provided the Workstation SDK is activated. Look in the Help menu under Enabled Features for activation status.
